Direct access to server by clients is not permitted. Sure, it's a pain, but it's how we are able to offer such low prices to comply with our ISP's strict policy against X-rated material. All files are checked (for technical integrity) after receiving by email or shipped disks, then uploaded within 24-hours. Client gets 6 free HTML, Graphic, Sound, replacement sessions a year with no limit on number or size of files.
Additional (FTP) sessions are:
$10 for 3-Sessions - For Clients on Annual Contract
$10 for 1-Session - For Clients on Monthly Contract
No charge for minor patches such as changing a
BG color code or replacing a single graphic.
E-Mail Box & Forwarding Mechanism
First, we love our local Internet Service Provider: CitiCom On-line Services. They are located in New Port Richey, Florida. If you live in this area, we suggest obtaining a dial-up account with them.
But, if you are anywhere else in the world, we suggest you obtain a dial-up account with a dependable ISP company in your specific area. If none is available or you are currently satisfied with service from a college, university, government agency, or national service such as AOL or Netcom, we suggest you maintain an account with such a dial-up service provider.
You can still have an email address on DUFF.NET, with all traffic to your mail box here automatically forwarded to where you get your email now. In so doing, you can utilize the DUFF.NET identity on business cards, letter heads, etc. Even if you do NOT have a web site on our domain, we welcome clients interested in only the EMAIL BOX/FORWARDING service.

HOME PAGE CONSTRUCTION
Honestly, with all the great HTML construction software available such as Ken Nesbitt's WebEdit, MS PageMaker, HotDog, and others (much of it shareware if not freeware,) we encourage clients to build their own web pages. We do check all files and make corrections prior to putting them on the server for free.
However, Duffey Cybercations will build client sites if requested. Even though our rates are as much as 90% below those charged by most web site builders, it’s still not cheap when you understand how easily it is to do for yourself. While all work is quoted on an individual basis, this is our (approximate) schedule of rates for the two kinds of sites:
