Our goal is simple: Bring the entire world into the Global Village. The Internet, Bill Gates, AOL, CNN, colleges and universities, the United Nations - they and other individuals, groups, and companies try to do the same
thing in their own unique ways.
- but in harmony we can achieve the benefits of a totally connected society. It's far beyond anything conceived by Marshall McLuhan and other communication theorists of the not so distant past.
The scope of Duffey Cybercations is not as grand as Microsoft, GTE, AT&T and other giants, but we have our part to play and welcome the opportunity to help you expand your horizon and connections to the world.

Inquiries welcome from nets, syndicators, broadcast chains, healthcare facilities, and companies producing drugs or medical supplies and equipment. Now, we are also expanding to include the tourist industry. Contacts from the insurance industry are strongly discouraged to avoid any potential conflict of interest.
This monthly newsletter is for cardiac arrhythmia patients equipped with an Automatic Implanted Cardiac Defibrillator (AICD.) It's also designed to assist their families as they also cope with the life saving, but sometimes "shocking" device. The ZAPPER is available on line free and by mail for subscription.
The annual Pennsylvania Dutch Kutztown Folk Festival is now held at the Schuylkill County Fairgrounds in Summit Station, Pennsylvania. In 2001, the (52nd annual) exposition will be held from June 30th through July 8th.
Thousands found the new location in 1996 by printing maps from the folkfestival.net internet site, then ordering tickets on-line. You can visit the extensive internet site all year to see what is waiting for you when festival time rolls around.
The Thomas family plans to open an online store soon, to offer the items year-round which are normally available only at their annual festival.
foxBGHsuit.com has become a mecca for free speech advocates and those fighting for freedom of the press. The site was built for two long-time friends, Steve Wilson and Jane Akre. This husband-wife team of Investigative Reporters continue fighting a legal battle (now for more than a year) which resulted from trying to tell the public about a potentially dangerous health threat.
When they tried to expose the dangers involved with the use of Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH,) the chemical company making the product (Monsanto) pressured Steve and Jane's employer, the Fox Network owned television station WTVT in Tampa, to suppress the story.
When ordered to slant the story, the Wilson/Akre team refused and were ultimately fired. Instead of accepting very lucrative termination settlements, the couple decided the issue was too important to the public welfare to "go in peace." They risked their own financial and professional futures and filed suit against Fox-TV.
Details of the protracted legal battle leading up to and beyond the start of the trial on May 10th, 1999 are available on this extensive website which includes legal documents, press clippings, links to sources on both sides of the issue, and several innovative features including an UNedited & UNmoderated BBS.
Duffey Cybercations also built the site for Steve's business:

OnLine Store
The Healthy Heart Market was built for one of our loyal ZAPPER readers in Minnesota, Pete Eiden. Pete's store grew out of a need he had when he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. The result is an online source which offers low sodium spices, seasonings, sauces, snacks, vegies, tuna, and other heart healthy food products and books to live within your diet.
Even if you don't have heart problems, this is a great place to shop - to protect yourself from cardiovascular problems in the future!
